Personal/Scrap-for-Hire License
USAGE
All digital scrapbooking images, brush files, actions and/or layered templates offered for sale or for free by Sherrie Piegdon and/or Pixel Gypsy are copyrighted by Sherrie Piegdon/Pixel Gypsy and are for personal and Scrap for Hire/Scrap for Others use only unless written permission from Sherrie Piegdon is granted. They may not be reproduced for sale or redistributed in any way outside the Scrap for Hire/Scrap for Others exceptions in this license without permission from Sherrie Piegdon.
Do not use any images for obscene, defamatory, or immoral works or any other purpose that is prohibited by law. If you post scrapbook pages or other projects online or submit them to magazines using any of these images, include the CD or digital product title and Sherrie Piegdon/Pixel Gypsy in the credits. Feel free to lightly modify any images (size, color, etc.) as it suits your project needs.
You may not use templates or pre-made pages for publication and call them your own works. Please credit them as a template or pre-made page and provide the proper credit to Sherrie Piegdon, Pixel Gypsy.
Scrap for Hire/Scrap for Others (S4H/S4O) Usage

You may use this copyrighted work in to create scrapbook pages for others as a service under the following conditions:
* Completed S4H/S4O projects are delivered as printed pages or in flattened file formats (.png,.jpg). No layered files of any kind (including but not limited to: .tiff, .psd, .psp, .apd, .xcf) may be delivered to the client at any time.
*Products are used for projects created specifically for individual clients that include delivery of fully completed pages. Delivery/sale of projects using copyrighted material protected under this license in a “quick page” or “template” type format to clients is strictly prohibited.
*Copyrighted material protected under this license may not be used in the mass production of projects without purchase of additional licensing from Sherrie Piegdon (Pixel Gypsy) and express written permission.
*Use of copyrighted material covered under this license is strictly prohibited in projects that only include light customization for the client (names, dates, written material, etc). Projects must consist primarily of design work that is created for clients individually.
Commercial Usage

Any commercial use not specifically addressed in this license is strictly prohibited without express written permission from Sherrie Piegdon. For distribution or commercial use information, send an email to sherrie AT pixelgypsydesigns.com with the word “Commercial” in the subject line.
Web Design/Graphics Usages

Usage for web site design, blog design or any other web graphics is strictly prohibited without express written permission from Sherrie Piegdon/Pixel Gypsy. Permission for use in web graphics may or may not be granted with or without payment, on a case-by-case basis by Sherrie Piegdon/Pixel Gypsy. Please send an email to sherrie AT pixelgypsydesigns.com to inquire about web usage with a complete description of your project scope as it pertains to the copyrighted material you wish to use.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall Sherrie Piegdon or Pixel Gypsy or its designers or agents, be responsible for any damages or loss that result from the use of, or inability to use any of the products sold or distributed by Sherrie Piegdon or Pixel Gypsy. If any legal action arises out of copyright infringement, Sherrie Piegdon, Pixel Gypsy and its designers or agents shall be indemnified and held harmless of any and all costs or damages that you or Sherrie Piegdon, Pixel Gypsy or its designers or agents incur.

Commercial Use License
All products offered for sale or for free by Sherrie Piegdon and/or Pixel Gypsy and labeled as CU or for Commercial Use are copyrighted by Sherrie Piegdon/Pixel Gypsy and are for Digital Scrapbook Designers and S4H/S4O only. They may not be reproduced for sale or redistributed in any way outside the acceptable usage listed in this license without permission from Sherrie Piegdon.
CREDIT is NOT required but it is appreciated.
YOU MAY:
* Use Pixel Gypsy Commercial Use products to design DERIVATIVE digital scrapbook kit pieces, papers, & elements that you will sell (for personal use) to consumers themselves.
* Use UP TO 50% of Pixel Gypsy Commercial Use images in a single kit/product AND you MUST include elements you designed as well in your kit/set along with them.
* Use Pixel Gypsy Commercial Use products in Free, Scrap For Hire and Scrap For Others kits you design – so long as the final result is delivered in a flattened .jpg/.png form and the customer agrees not to sell their creations for commercial use as well as does not make them available on any print on demand sites.
* Use Pixel Gypsy Commercial Use products on your Personal blog so long as the final results are displayed in a flattened .jpg/.png form and not more than 72dpi. CREDIT MUST BE GIVEN IF USED ON YOUR BLOG.
YOU MAY NOT:
* Re-distribute the original products in their original form.
* Use more than 50% Pixel Gypsy products in one kit/set. You MUST include elements YOU designed as well.
* Produce any other products than digital scrapbook designs (including but not limited to logos/branding, commercial website/blog design, stamps, cards, invites, announcements, print on demand, clothing, etc) without an Extended Commercial Use License (see below).
* Turn the original or derivative designs over to any company for any reason.
*You may not use these files for obscene, defamatory, or immoral works or any other purpose which is prohibited by law.
For ANY other use then digital scrapbook designing, send an email that includes a description of the planned usage to sherrie AT pixelgypsydesigns.com to inquire about purchasing an Extended Commercial Use License. There are many Extended Commercial Use Licensing options available.
